About Potion Pour Sort
Potion Pour Sort is a liquid sorting puzzle set in a wizard’s workshop. A wise owl in a starry purple hat watches from the side, candles flicker on the shelves, and a full moon shines through the window. In the middle of the screen stand glass flasks filled with layers of colored potion. Your task is to sort them so every flask holds one color only.
The controls take two taps. Tap a flask to pick it up, then tap another flask to pour into it. A pour only works onto the same color or into an empty flask, and each flask can only hold so much. The goal card on the right says it in four words: One color per flask! When a flask is full of a single color, that potion is brewed.
The first level, First Drop, teaches the idea with two flasks of purple potion. A hint asks you to tap the left flask to pick it up, and a hand shows you where. One pour later, the win screen reads Brew complete, with the number of potions brewed and the number of pours you used. The panel on the left counts potions brewed against the target for each level.
Later levels bring more flasks and more colors, and that is where the thinking starts. Colors sit in layers, so you can only pour the top one. Pouring the wrong layer can block a flask, while a well-timed pour into an empty flask can open up the whole puzzle. Taking a moment to plan the next few pours makes a big difference.
The game counts your pours, so there is always a reason to try a cleaner solution. Locked items wait at level 3, level 5, level 8 and level 12, and a Restart button is always on the right if a level gets tangled. There is also a help button and a settings button at the top.
A good habit is to look for a flask that is close to done and finish it first. Keep an empty flask free when you can, because it gives you room to move a layer out of the way. And try not to stack a new color on top of a flask you will need soon.
