1. Who we are

Hyperoza (hyperoza.com) is run by Farkas Ronald Zoltán e.v., a Hungarian sole trader, 9730 Kőszeg, Gábor Áron utca 8., Hungary, legal@hyperoza.com. Registration details are in the Imprint. These terms, our Privacy policy and our Cookie & storage policy apply when you use Hyperoza.

2. Using Hyperoza

• Hyperoza is a free website for playing games in your browser. You don't need an account.
• Anyone may play. If you are a child, ask a parent or guardian if you're unsure about anything here.
• Please use Hyperoza in a normal, fair way (see section 5).

3. The games

• Each game page names the studio that made the game. At the moment the games come from our own studios (Ragendom, Satisvizion, Szekipapa77). Games from other developers may be added later; their game pages will say so.
• The game, its art and music belong to the studio that made it or to the people who licensed them to it. You may play the games on Hyperoza; you may not copy, download, re-host or sell them.
• Games and features may change, be updated or removed at any time. Progress saved in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data or use another device.
• Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law, for example when digital content doesn't work as described.

4. Ads

The games are free because we show ads, on our pages around the game and, in some games, inside the game at natural breaks. Ads are marked as ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice. How ads use data, and how to change your choices, is explained in the Privacy policy and under Privacy choices. Games made for kids never show personalised ads.

5. What isn't allowed

• attacking, overloading or trying to break into Hyperoza or the games, or getting around our security or the game sandbox;
• automated scraping, bots that inflate plays or votes, or tampering with ratings and statistics;
• copying or re-hosting our games, pages, texts or images;
• sending false or abusive reports.

We may block access for people who break these rules.

6. Content rules and how we moderate

• We don't publish games with sexual content, graphic violence or gore, hate or harassment, real-money gambling, content that endangers children, misleading tricks (such as fake buttons), malware, or content that infringes someone's rights, or anything else illegal.
• People review every game before it goes live. Automated tools help with technical checks (loading, errors, unwanted network calls) but don't decide on their own.
• We act on reports and on our own checks. We can remove or disable a game, limit where it appears, or block access.
• When a measure affects content someone supplied, we tell them what we did and why, and how to challenge it. You can challenge our decisions by replying to the decision email within 6 months. Details: Legal contact & reporting.

7. Reporting

Report a game, illegal content, or a copyright or trademark problem with the Report link on any game page or the report form. How we handle reports: Legal contact & reporting.

8. Our content and brand

The Hyperoza name, logo, design and site texts are ours. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

9. Liability

We work to keep Hyperoza available and safe, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when Hyperoza changes. We show the date at the top and announce material changes on the site before they take effect. If you keep using Hyperoza after that, the new terms apply.

11. Complaints, law and courts

• Questions and complaints: legal@hyperoza.com. We answer within 30 days.
• Hungarian law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
• Consumers in Hungary can turn to the arbitration board responsible for our seat: Győr-Moson-Sopron Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, Győr, Szent István út 10/a, bekelteto.testulet@gymsmkik.hu, which also covers Vas county. You can also go to court.
