Cookie & storage policy

"Cookies" here means cookies and similar technologies: data kept in your browser (localStorage, sessionStorage) and reading information from your device to recognise it. Operator: see the Imprint.

Two sites

• hyperoza.com is the site you browse.
• hyperoza-games.com is where the games themselves run, separated from hyperoza.com so a game can never read hyperoza.com's data. A game may keep its own progress there.

When we ask

• In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask before setting anything that isn't needed to run the site or a feature you chose. Until you choose, and after Reject all, only the items marked always or when you use it below are used. We then don't request ads that would store anything on your device.
• Elsewhere, statistics and advertising cookies are on by default and you can switch them off at any time in Privacy choices.
• On games made for kids, ads are never personalised, whatever you chose.

We don't use social-media buttons, embedded videos or third-party fonts that would load from other companies before you choose. The list above is checked against the live site before each release.

Changing your choice

• Privacy choices (link at the bottom of every page) opens the consent window again, where you can accept, reject or change each purpose and see our partners.
• On the Favorites page you can clear favourites and history, clear saved games, and switch "Remember games I play" off.
• Your browser can delete or block cookies and site data. If you block everything, saves and favourites won't work.
• We respect the Global Privacy Control signal where the law gives it effect.
