About Sea Voyage

Sea Voyage is a casual sailing game about steering a small boat across the open sea. Each level is a voyage with a clear goal. The first one, Harbor Dawn, asks you to collect eight crates and reach the island. Tap Set Sail and your boat heads out of the harbor and onto the water.

Steering is simple. Hold and drag to turn your boat, or use the A and D keys or the arrow keys on a keyboard. The boat keeps moving forward, so your job is to pick a smart line through the waves and line up with the things you want to collect.

Floating crates are the main target. Sail over one and it is scooped up into your boat. Castaways drift on the water too, waiting for someone to pick them up, and bringing them aboard is part of each voyage. A counter keeps track of what you have collected, so you can see how close you are to the goal.

The sea is not empty, though. Rocks rise out of the water and sharks circle in the waves, and hitting them ends the fun quickly. Most of the skill in Sea Voyage comes from steering between those dangers while still reaching the crates you need.

At the end of each voyage the island dock comes into view. Reach it with enough crates and the level is complete. Stars reward you for a clean run, and each new voyage adds a little more to dodge and a little more to collect.

The look is bright and calm, with blue water, a warm morning sky and a cheerful little boat. It is the kind of game that suits a short break, since a single voyage takes only a minute or two but still feels like a complete trip from harbor to island.

Good players learn to plan ahead. Watching the water a little further in front of the boat helps you see a group of crates early and choose a path that collects them all, instead of turning sharply at the last second and steering into a rock.

Reading the water ahead is the key skill. Crates and castaways float in the same lanes as rocks and sharks, so grabbing every pickup means planning a smooth line rather than swerving at the last moment. A gentle drag is usually enough to slip between two hazards and still sail over the cargo you want.

Sea Voyage works on phones, tablets and computers right in the browser. Set sail, gather your cargo, rescue the castaways and bring your boat safely to the island dock.
