About Difference Duo
Difference Duo turns spot-the-difference into a race. Two pictures sit one above the other, nearly identical, and you compete against Professor Hoot, a wise owl who works slowly but never makes a mistake.
The first level, Breakfast Mix-up, shows a cozy kitchen twice. Somewhere in it are three changes: an object missing, a color swapped or a shape altered. Tap anything that looks different, in either picture, and it gets circled on both.
A scoreboard keeps track of the duel: your count out of three next to Hoot's count out of three, plus your points. Because the professor never misses, you cannot wait too long; the challenge is to scan quickly and find the changes before the owl does.
Every scene is a hand-drawn illustration full of small details. More stages open at levels 3, 6, 10 and 15. The game is played with taps on a phone or tablet, or with mouse clicks on a computer.
