About Rope Untangle 3D

Rope Untangle 3D is a knot puzzle on a wooden peg board. Colored ropes run between pegs, and some of them cross over each other. Your goal is to untangle every rope. The rule that makes it fun is shown right on the goal card: a rope that crosses nothing flies away. Clear all the ropes from the board, and the level is done.

To play, you move rope ends from peg to peg. Tap the glowing rope end to pick it up, then place it on a free peg hole. As you move the ends, the ropes change their paths, and crossings appear or disappear. When a rope no longer crosses any other rope, it lifts off the board and flies away.

The first level, First Knot, has just two ropes, one yellow and one red, crossing in the middle of the board. A hint at the top explains the goal, and a move counter keeps track of your moves. It is a small puzzle, but it shows the idea clearly: one good move can free a rope at once.

Every level has star goals based on moves. On First Knot, you earn three stars for finishing in two moves or less, two stars for five moves or less, and one star for any finish. That turns each level into a small challenge: not just solving it, but solving it neatly. You can always replay a level to improve your stars.

Later levels add more ropes and more pegs, and the crossings get harder to read. That is where the 3D board helps, since you can see which rope lies on top. Locked items wait at the bottom of the screen for later levels.

A good habit is to look for the rope with the fewest crossings and free it first. Once it flies away, the board gets simpler, and the next rope is easier to see. Try to move rope ends to the edge of the board, where they are less likely to cross anything else. Planning a move or two ahead is usually enough to hit the three star goal.

Rope Untangle 3D runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no download. The warm wood board, bright ropes and short levels make it a calm, satisfying puzzle for a quick break.

Each knot is a fresh little problem, and the moment a rope lifts off the board and flies away is a small reward that never gets old. It is easy to play one more level, then another.
