About Ring Spin

Ring Spin is a turning puzzle with a friendly hedgehog as your guide. Each level shows a clip at the top and one or more colored rings below it. Every ring has a gap, a small opening in its edge. Your job is to turn the rings so the gap reaches the clip.

The first level, First Turn, makes it clear. One orange ring hangs under a blue clip, and the prompt says it simply: turn the ring until its gap reaches the clip. Spin the ring, line up the gap, and the level is done. The win screen shows your stars, the level name, and how many spins you used compared with par.

Par is the number of spins the level can be solved in. The counter at the top shows your spins and the par side by side, for example 0 spins, par 1. Finishing at par earns the full three stars, and every spin over par makes the result a little less perfect. You can still finish a level with extra spins, so you never get stuck, but the par gives each level a clear target.

The calm cream background with soft ring shapes keeps the screen easy to read, and the hedgehog cheers you on from the side. The levels are short, so the game works well for a few minutes at a time. After each win, the Continue button takes you straight to the next puzzle.

The challenge comes from planning. Before you spin, look at where the gap is and which way is the shortest path to the clip. Turning the long way around costs extra spins. On levels with more rings, the order you turn them in can matter too, so it pays to look at the whole picture first.

A good habit is to count the steps in each direction before your first spin. If the gap is just past the clip, turning backward is quicker than going all the way around. Small habits like this are what make the difference between two stars and three.

Ring Spin plays in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no download. Its simple goal, clear par and gentle style make it easy for any age to pick up and enjoy.

Ring Spin is also a nice pick for players who like clear goals. There is no timer on screen and no score to chase, just a ring, a gap, a clip and a number of spins to beat. That makes each level calm and quick, and it is easy to replay one for a cleaner result.
