About Color By Number Studio

Color By Number Studio is a relaxing coloring game set in a sunny painter’s studio. Easels, paint jars, lavender and climbing plants fill the room, and a big wooden palette with bright blobs of paint hangs by the window. In the middle sits your canvas: a clean line drawing split into numbered areas, waiting for color.

The rule fits in one sentence, and the game shows it on the first card: pick a color, then tap the areas with the same number. The palette at the bottom holds numbered paint buttons, from 1 to 6 on the first level. Choose a number, find every area on the drawing that carries it, and tap to fill it in. When every area has its color, the picture is done.

The first level is called Red Apple. The drawing shows an apple with a stem, a leaf, a shine on its skin and a soft shadow underneath, each part marked with its own number. The palette offers a pale green, several reds, a soft green and a leaf green, so the finished apple has light, shade and depth. A Start painting button opens the canvas, and a tip line at the top tells you to pick color 1 from the palette first.

The panel on the left keeps track of your work. It shows the level number and name, a progress bar that fills from 0% to 100% as you paint, and three stars. Under the stars is a short reminder: fewer slips, more stars. A slip is a tap on the wrong area, so painting carefully is what keeps all three stars at the end of a picture.

As you go further, the studio opens up. Four locked items sit under the canvas, marked level 3, level 6, level 10 and level 15, so new tools arrive as the pictures get more detailed. A help button and a settings button are always at the top of the screen.

A good habit is to work one number at a time. Pick a color, scan the whole drawing for its number, and fill every matching area before moving on. Small areas, like the shine on the apple or the tip of the leaf, are easy to miss, so take a second look before you switch colors. Going slowly costs nothing, since the level card for each picture lets you paint at your own pace.

Color By Number Studio plays in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no download. It works with a mouse or a finger, and each picture is a calm, short project that ends with a finished piece of art. It suits players of any age who enjoy painting, quiet puzzles or simply watching a picture come to life one color at a time.
