About Checkers Club

Checkers Club is a free checkers game for your browser, set in a late-night diner where every regular wants a game. Beat them one by one to climb the club ladder of 25 steps.

You play Cherry with the red pieces and always move first. Tap one of your pieces and a glowing square shows where it can go; men slide one square diagonally forward. If a jump is possible you must take it, and you win by leaving your rival with no move.

Step 1 is Skip the Paperboy, a rookie all-rounder with 12 pieces like you. The move list on the right records every turn, so you can see how the opening went: our game started c3-d4, d6-c5, and two moves later the board told us we must jump.

Helpers open as you climb: Tip at step 3, Rewind at step 6, Spot at step 10 and Coach at step 14. The main menu also has the ladder, a puzzles mode from step 4, stats and a how to play page.
